ORDINANCE 02-19(S)

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE $35,586 FROM THE GENERAL, WATER AND SEWER FUND BALANCES FOR TWO NEW POSITIONS, POLICE OFFICER AND LINE MECHANIC.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:

Section 1. That the 2002 Budget is amended to appropriate $35,586 from the General, Water and Sewer Fund Balances for two new positions, Police Officer I and Line Mechanic and will be appropriated as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
