ORDINANCE 03-27

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A GRANT FROM THE COASTAL IMPACT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CIAP) IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, This grant is for beach access restriction improvements, regulatory signage and a GIS information mapping project; and

WHEREAS, This grant will provide, in part, for 2004 United States Geological Survey sediment transport study camera operation funding.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer Ordains:

Section 1. That CIAP grant in the amount of $75,000.00 is hereby accepted and appropriated as follows and that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the appropriate documents:
