ORDINANCE 03-34

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 03-22(S), GRANT FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY SATURATION PATROLS AND IN CAR VIDEO SYSTEMS.

WHEREAS, Due to a last minute change in the grant information an incorrect amount of $108,305.00 was accepted and appropriated in account 151-739 by the Council through Ordinance 03-22(S) form the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT/PF) Highway Safety Project for Traffic Safety Saturation Patrols and in car video systems; and

WHEREAS, The correct amount is $94,851.00 and the correct account number is 151-780.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. That Ordinance 03-22(S) is hereby amended as follows:
