AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROPRIATING $65,000.00 FROM PORT/HARBOR RESERVE FOR PORT/HARBOR RESTROOM PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer Ordains:

Section 1. That $65,000.00 is hereby appropriated as follows and that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the appropriate documents:

Revenue: Port/Harbor Reserve Fund $65,000.00

Expenditure: Port/Harbor Restrooms $65,000.00

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
