ORDINANCE 03-53

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 03-22(S), GRANT FOR TRAFFIC SAFETY SATURATION PATROLS AND IN CAR VIDEO SYSTEMS.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 03-34 amending Ordinance 03-22(S), to correct the grant amount from $108,305.00 to $94,851.00; and

WHEREAS, An additional $4,370.00 has been received from the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT/PF) Highway Safety Project for Traffic Safety Saturation Patrols and in car video systems; and

WHEREAS, The new grant amount is $99,221.00, account number is 151-780.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. That Ordinance 03-22(S) is hereby amended as follows:
