ORDINANCE 03-55

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A BUDGET TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT RESERVE FUND FOR AN ADDITIONAL $5,000.00 FOR THE PAINT AND STAIN PROJECT AT THE AIRPORT.

WHEREAS, An additional $5,000.00 is needed to finish the Airport Terminal portion of the paint and stain project; and

WHEREAS, There are sufficient funds in the Airport Reserve Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. That a transfer from the Airport Reserve Fund is hereby authorized as follows:

Revenue Airport Reserve Fund $5,000.00

Expenditure To Airport Paint and Stain, an additional $5,000.00

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
