ORDINANCE 03-57

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A GRANT OF, UP TO, $12,500.00 FROM THE OPEN WORLD PROGRAM FOR THE SISTER CITY PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, The City of Homer is in receipt of a grant of up to $12,500.00 for certain Sister City Program costs.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. The City Council hereby accepts and appropriates the grant from Open World Program for Homer's Sister City Program as follows and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate documents:

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
