AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $12,352.06 FOR ANTENNA REPLACEMENT FOR PUBLIC SAFETY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, Antenna replacement is needed for the Homer Police Department, Homer Volunteer Fire Department, Homer Spit and Homer Water Treatment Plant;

WHEREAS, ProComm Alaska provided a price quote of $4,780.63 for equipment and $7,571.43 for Labor; and

WHEREAS, Council was copied with the Purchase Order and ProComm price quote letter on Wednesday, February 16, 2005.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer Ordains:

Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of $12,352.06 for Public Safety Antenna Replacement and hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents:
