AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE 2004 BUDGET TO THE 2005 BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $32,209.00 FOR PURCHASE ORDER 537, BADGER WATER METERS.

WHEREAS, The funding for Purchase Order 537, Badger Water Meters, was included in the 2004 Budget and not expended by year end;

WHEREAS, The Badger Water Meters were ordered in 2004 and not received until February 2005; and

WHEREAS, $32,209.00 needs to be included in the 2005 Water Reserve Budget to cover Purchase Order 537.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer Ordains:

Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the transfer of funds from the 2004 Budget to the 2005 Budget in the amount of $32,209.00 for Purchase Order 537, Badger Water Meters as follows:
