ORDINANCE 05-19

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION (EDA) GRANT OF $1,115,000.00 FOR THE NEW HOMER LIBRARY BUILDING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. That the City Council hereby accepts and appropriates an EDA Grant of $1,115,000.00 for the New Homer Library Building Projects as follows:

Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
