ORDINANCE 05-20

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A USDA COMMUNITY FACILITY GRANT OF $880,792.00 AND A USDA LOAN OF $1,700,000.00 FOR THE LIBRARY BUILDING PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer :

Section 1. That the City Council hereby accepts and appropriates a USDA Community Facility Grant of $880, 792.00 and a USDA Loan of $1,700,000.00 for the Library Building Projects as follows:

Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.

Section 3. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
