AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, AMENDING ORDINANCE 05-62(A) APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2006 FOR THE GENERAL FUND, THE WATER-SEWER FUND, THE PORT/HARBOR FUND, DEBT FUNDS, CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS (CONDITIONAL EXPENDITURES).
WHEREAS, These are the final staff audited amounts for the calendar year ending December 2006 which have been reviewed by the Finance Director, Accounting Supervisor and City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE,

Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Alaska Statutes, Title 29, the amended appropriations for the calendar year ending December 2006 are appropriated as follows:

Section 2. Such amounts are appropriated to the objects and purposes stated in the adopted budget.
Section 3. A copy of the budget shall be certified by the City Clerk and filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
Section 4. The supporting line item budget detail as presented by the administration and reviewed by council is incorporated as part of this budget ordinance.
Section 5. The property tax mill levy is set at 4.5 mills for 2006.
Section 6. This ordinance is limited to approval of the budget and appropriations for Calendar Year 2006, is a non code ordinance and shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
