ORDINANCE 06-62(A)

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2007 FOR THE GENERAL FUND, THE WATER-SEWER FUND, THE PORT/HARBOR FUND, DEBT FUNDS, CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS (CONDITIONAL EXPENDITURES).

THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:

Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Alaska Statute, Title 29, the appropriations for Calendar Year ending December 2007 are appropriated as follows:

General Fund $10,521,747.00 $10,615,611.00

Water-Sewer Fund $ 3,343,780.00 $ 3,362,239.00

Port/Harbor Fund $ 3,275,528.00 $ 3,347,344.00

Capital Projects $ 2,519,372.00 $ 2,521,514.00

Internal Service Funds $ 1,524,000.00 $ 1,524,000.00

Total Expenditures: $21,184,427.00 $21,370,708.00

Section 2. Such amounts are appropriated to the objects and purposes stated in the adopted budget.

Section 3. A copy of the budget shall be certified by the City Clerk and filed in the Office of the City Clerk.

Section 4. The supporting Line Item Budget detail as presented by the Administration and reviewed by the City Council is incorporated as part of this Budget Ordinance.

Section 5. The property tax mill levy is set at 4.5 mills for 2007.

Section 6. This Ordinance is limited to approval of the Budget and appropriations for Calendar Year 2007, is a non code Ordinance and shall become effective January 1, 2007.
