ORDINANCE 08-06
AN ORDINANCE OF THE
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission initiated a rezone per 21.70.10(a.)(2) to rezone property from the Conservation Zoning District to the Rural Residential District; and
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning
Commission held a public hearing on the matter on
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission determined there is a public need and justification for the rezone; and
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission determined the rezone would not have a negative affect on the public health safety and welfare; and
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission considered the affect of the change on the district and surrounding properties; and
WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission determined that the rezone was in compliance with the Homer Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF
Section 1. The Homer Zoning Map will be amended as per attached Exhibit A, to extend the Rural Residential zoning to include all of:
Tulin Terrace Upper Terrace
T 6S R 13W
Section 2. The City Clerk is authorized to sign the map and adhere to the requirements set forth in the Homer City Code, Section 21.36.020. (c).
Section 3. This is a non code ordinance and shall be duly noted in the ordinance table of the City Code.
