ORDINANCE 10-37

AN ORDINANCE OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING AN ALASKA POLICE STANDARDS COUNCIL GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6123.00 TO PURCHASE A COMMERCIAL QUALITY LIFECYCLE EXERCISE BIKE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, An Alaska Police Standards Council Grant in the amount of $6123.00 was awarded to the Homer Police Department; and

WHEREAS, This grant is to be used for the purchase of a commercial quality Lifecycle exercise bike for their workout room.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Homer:

Section 1. The Homer City Council hereby accepts and appropriates a grant of $6123.00 from the Alaska Police Standards Council as follows:
