A RESOLUTION OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE MILEAGE RATE FOR PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE USE FROM THIRTY ONE CENTS TO THIRTY TWO AND ONE HALF CENTS.

WHEREAS, the Internal Revenue Service announced that it will restore the mileage rate for business use of an automobile to $.325 from the current $.31; and

WHEREAS, to stay consistent with Internal Revenue Service rates the City should incorporate this change.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Homer City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the mileage rate for personal automobile use is amended from $.31 to $.325.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 10th day of January, 2000.
