A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE BUSINESS LICENSE FEE.

WHEREAS, Resolution 99-37 set the business license issuance fee as authorized by HCC §8.02.040; and

WHEREAS, the fisheries business license fee is $25.00, renewal is $25.00 and amendment is $10; and

WHEREAS, Ordinance 00-07(A) amends HCC 8.02 to include a general business license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska amends the business license fee as follows:

Fisheries Business License Issuance $25.00

Fisheries Business License Renewal $25.00

Fisheries Business Amendment $10.00

General Business License Issuance $ 5.00

General Business License Renewal $ 5.00

General Business License Amendment $ 5.00

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 28th day of March, 2000.
