A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE PROCUREMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.

WHEREAS, Ordinance 01-06(A) amends the Procurement Ordinance, Homer City Code Chapter 3.16; and

WHEREAS, those amendments will be incorporated into the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual; and

WHEREAS, other amendments are needed within the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual; and

WHEREAS, those amendments are noted within the attached document as a part of this Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Homer City Council that the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual are hereby amended as attached.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 2001 by the Homer City Council.
