A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO PEROTROVICH, NOTTINGHAM AND DRAGE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HOMER FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR REPAIRS AND RENOVATION PROJECT, FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $240,555.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation Invitation to Bid will be advertised in the near future; and

WHEREAS, Perotrovich, Nottingham and Drage will be assisting the City of Homer in the bidding process as part of their Professional Engineering Services Agreement; and

WHEREAS, Perotrovich, Nottingham and Drage is qualified and willing to do the Construction Management for the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska approves an extension to Perotrovich, Nottingham and Drage Agreement with the City of Homer for Professional Engineering Services for the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation project in the amount of $240,555.00 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 27th day of March, 2001.

Fiscal Note: Construction Management Fees will be expended from the Budgeted Small Boat Harbor project, 415-906.
