SUBJ: RESOLUTION 01-37, Amending the Records Retention Schedule

Chief of Police Robl and I met regarding the destruction of some obsolete Police Records, noted under City Manager's Report in the June 11th Council packet. During that meeting we discussed the Misdemeanor and Felony Case Files which is a duplication of the Police Reports Minor and Major and of the Jail records, rap files. We recommend that the record series entitled Misdemeanor and Felony Case Files be deleted.
