RESOLUTION 01-42

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE RENEWAL OF THE AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY SCHOOLS PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the City of Homer annually budgets $25,000 for Community Schools; and

WHEREAS, the Community Schools program is mutually beneficial to the City of Homer and Kenai Peninsula Borough.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska approves and accepts the renewal of the Agreement for Joint Use of Equipment and Facilities for the Community Schools Program in the amount of $5,000.00 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 25th day of June, 2001.
