RESOLUTION 01-43

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMER, ALASKA ACCEPTING THE 2000 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT WITH AUDIT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE MANAGEMENT LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE CITY'S INDEPENDENT AUDITOR, MIKUNDA, COTTRELL, & CO.

WHEREAS, Mikunda, Cottrell, & Co. conducted the annual audit, submitted the 2000 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, with the audit with financial statements, and the management letter was delivered for review and distributed to the Mayor and City Council; and

WHEREAS, Mikunda, Cottrell, & Co. met with the City Council during the Committee of the whole on June 25, 2001 and made a public presentation during the Regular Meeting of June 25, 2001.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT resolved by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the 2000 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report with audit and financial statements is accepted and that the management letter is acknowledged as submitted by Mikunda, Cottrell, Co. the City's independent auditor.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska this 25th day of June, 2001.
