RESOLUTION 01-46

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDMENT THREE/LEASE OPTION TWO TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICE SPACE LEASE NO. 2443 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Homer City Council approved Public Safety Office Space lease on July 19, 1999 with nine one year options in the amount of $723.24 per month; and

WHEREAS, the revenue of $723.24 per month is budgeted; and

WHEREAS, Chief of Police Robl recommends approval and acceptance of this amendment number three/renewal option two.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska approves and accepts amendment three/lease option two to the Public Safety Office Space Lease No. 2443 and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate documents.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 23rd day of July, 2001.
