RESOLUTION 01-93

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKAAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE HOMER COMMUNITY SCHOOLS AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $20,823.

WHEREAS, the City of Homer's 2001 budget authorized continuance of the Community Schools Agreement for Joint Use of Equipment and Facilities; and

WHEREAS, the budget for Community Schools is account number 100.5812.350, under City Contributions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska that the City Manager is authorized to execute the Community Schools Agreement for Joint Use of Equipment and Facilities in the amount of $20,823.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 10th day of December, 2001.
