RESOLUTION 03-153

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES OF CITY ACCOUNTS AND SUPERSEDING ANY PREVIOUS RESOLUTION SO DESIGNATING.

WHEREAS, John Fenske was appointed as Mayor Pro Tempore during the Regular Council meeting held on November 24/December 1, 2003 via Memorandum 03-197(A), and

WHEREAS, Dean Baugh is appointed as the Acting City Manger by City Manager Walt E. Wrede via Resolution 03-152 and was confirmed by the City Council on December 15, 2003.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the designated signatories, effective upon adoption are as follows:

On the regular checking account #016030109 that the following are the designated signatories for this account; and on the investment accounts with Alaska Municipal League, First National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank Alaska, and other institutions, and for Department of Administration Grants and other grants, one signature or the verbal authorization of one of the designated signatories is required for all transactions. The designated signatories are as follows:
