RESOLUTION 03-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE CITY OF HOMER FEE
SCHEDULE, PORT/HARBOR DEPARTMENT FEES, FISH DOCK, TO AMEND THE ICE RATE.
WHEREAS, The Port/Harbor Director recommends reducing the ice rate from one hundred two dollars per ton to ninety
six dollars per ton for the rest of 2003 and not retroactive; and
WHEREAS, All fish dock users and ice customers will be notified of the reduction once Council has adopted the new fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Homer City Council that the City of Homer Fee Schedule is hereby
amended as follows:
PORT AND HARBOR DEPARTMENT
FISH DOCK
The Fish Dock is to be used primarily for the loading and unloading of fish, fish products and fishing gear.
Cranes located onboard the vessel moored at Fish Dock may be utilized for loading/unloading the vessel only with prior
approval granted by the Harbor Officer on duty.
Every person using a crane on the Fish Dock shall first obtain a license from the City.
Blocking access to cranes........$150.00/ hr
Unattended vessels ..................$150.00/hr
Failure to obtain prior approval for a use other than loading and unloading fish, fish products or fishing gear will result in
the imposition of a surcharge of thirty dollars per hour in addition to the regular fee.

Minimum per hour charge for the cranes and cold storage inspection will be one quarter hour (fifteen minutes). All
additional charges will be in one-quarter hour increments.
