RESOLUTION 04-06

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE CITY OF HOMER PROCUREMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL, TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION AND EXPENDITURE REPORT FORMS REGARDING THE PERSONAL AUTO USE MILEAGE RATE FROM $0.36 TO $0.375 FOR 2004.

WHEREAS, The Finance Department is in receipt of the Internal Revenue Service 2004 Standard Mileage Rate Change; and

WHEREAS, This is a rate increase from $0.36 to $0.375 and use thereof must still meet the criteria in the Business Travel Procedures.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Homer City Council that the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual, Travel Authorization and Expenditure Report Forms, regarding the personal auto use mileage rate is hereby amended from $0.36 to $0.375.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 2004 by the Homer City Council.
