RESOLUTION 04-17

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE CITY OF HOMER FEE SCHEDULE, PUBLIC SAFETY FEES, PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

WHEREAS, These rates correspond with Ordinance 04-01.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby amends the City of Homer Fee Schedule, Public Safety Fees, Public Transportation as follows:

Public Transportation (HCC 8.12.150 and 8.12.200)

Annual Taxi Vehicle Permit $75 Fiscal Year, expires June 30th

Permit $37.50 after January 1st, expires June 30th

$5 Replacement Permit

Chauffeurs License $75 application fee (non refundable) plus finger print and other processing fees in the amount of $59.00.

Annual Safety Inspection commercial vehicles $100
