RESOLUTION 04-18

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE CITY OF HOMER FEE SCHEDULE, PLANNING AND ZONING FEES, BRIDGE CREEK WATERSHED PERMIT.

WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the people of Homer and those relying on an assured quality of water, the user group; and

WHEREAS, The cost of reviewing permits issued outside the City limits for the assurance of water quality is in the best interest of the user group; and

WHEREAS, Making the progress of permitting as painless as possible for the properties within the watershed will foster a good working relationship between those being regulated and those benefitting from the regulation.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby amends the City of Homer Fee Schedule, Planning and Zoning Fees, Bridge Creek Watershed Permit.

Bridge Creek Watershed Permit - permits are required for the Bridge Creek Watershed Area. Although no fees will be charged for the permits, the evaluation process is still in effect.

Single Family/Duplex $ 180

Multi-Family/Commercial./Industrial $ 250

Conditional Use Permit $1,000

Mitigation Plan $ 150
