RESOLUTION 04-86

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING RESOLUTION 04-85, TO SET THE PUBLIC HEARING DATE AS NOVEMBER 15, 2004 FOR THE EAST END ROAD WATER AND SEWER LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.

WHEREAS, Resolution 04-85 was adopted by the City Council on September 27, 2004; and

WHEREAS, Resolution 04-85 set the public hearing date as November 8, 2004 for the East End Road Water and Sewer Local Improvement District; and

WHEREAS, The November 8, 2004 Regular Meeting is canceled so that the Mayor and Councilmembers may attend the Alaska Municipal League Annual Conference; and

WHEREAS, The Council has scheduled a special meeting for November 15, 2004.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby amends Resolution 04-85, to set the public hearing date as November 15, 2004 for the East End Road Water and Sewer Local Improvement District.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the HOMER CITY COUNCIL this 11th day of October, 2004.
