A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES OF
CITY ACCOUNTS AND SUPERSEDING ANY PREVIOUS RESOLUTION SO DESIGNATING.
WHEREAS, Michael Yourkowski was appointed as Mayor Pro Tempore during the Regular Council meeting
held on November 15, 2004 via Memorandum 04-142(A), and
WHEREAS, James C. Hornaday was elected as Mayor on October 5, 2004 during the Regular Municipal
Election; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Hornaday took the Oath of Office on October 18, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the designated signatories,
effective upon adoption are as follows:
On the regular checking account #016030109 that the following are the designated signatories for this account;
and on the investment accounts with Alaska Municipal League, First National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank Alaska,
and other institutions, and for Department of Administration Grants and other grants, one signature or the verbal
authorization of one of the designated signatories is required for all transactions. The designated signatories are as follows:
