RESOLUTION 05-110

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE HOMER PORT AND HARBOR ADVISORY COMMISSION BYLAWS TO CHANGE THE REGULAR MEETING TIME FROM 7:00 P.M. TO 6:00 P.M.

WHEREAS, the Port and Harbor Advisory Commission introduced the Bylaw amendment at their Special Meeting held September 28, 2005 and took final action to approve the Bylaw amendment at their Special Meeting held October 26, 2005;

WHEREAS, the Port and Harbor Advisory Commission held two Special Meetings commencing at 6:00 p.m. and expressed their approval of the earlier meeting time.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska amends the Port and Harbor Advisory Commission Bylaws to change the regular meeting time from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as follows:

BY-LAWS

C. Regular meetings:

1. Fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.;

2. Agenda deadline is the Wednesday of the week preceding the meeting date at 5:00 p.m.;

3. Adding items or removing items from the agenda will be by majority consensus of the Commission;

4. Public notice of a regular meeting shall be made as provided in HCC Chapter 1.14.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council on the 14^th day of November, 2005.
