A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES OF CITY ACCOUNTS AND SUPERSEDING ANY PREVIOUS RESOLUTION SO DESIGNATING.

WHEREAS, Mark Robl has been appointed and confirmed as the Acting City Manager for Calendar Year 2006.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the designated signatories, effective upon adoption are as follows:
