RESOLUTION 06-18

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE CITY OF HOMER PROCUREMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL, TRAVEL AUTHORIZATION AND EXPENDITURE REPORT FORMS REGARDING THE PERSONAL AUTO USE MILEAGE RATE FROM $0.405 TO $0.445.

WHEREAS, The Finance Department is in receipt of the Internal Revenue Service 2006Standard Mileage Rate Change; and

WHEREAS, This is a rate increase from $0.405 to $0.445 and use thereof must still meet the criteria in the Business Travel Procedures.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Homer City Council that the Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual, Travel Authorization and Expenditure Report Forms, regarding the personal auto use mileage rate is hereby amended from $0.405 to $0.445.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 13th day of February, 2006.
