A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA DESIGNATING SIGNATORIES OF CITY ACCOUNTS AND SUPERSEDING ANY PREVIOUS RESOLUTION SO DESIGNATING.

            WHEREAS, Jo Johnson has been appointed as Homer’s new City Clerk effective February 5, 2007; and

WHEREAS, City Council confirmed the appointment of Jo Johnson as City Clerk at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 12, 2007 via Memorandum 07-19.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the designated signatories, effective on February 5, 2007 are as follows:

On the regular checking account #016030109 that the following are the designated signatories for this account; and on the investment accounts with Alaska Municipal League, First National Bank, Wells Fargo Bank Alaska, and other institutions, and for Department of Administration Grants and other grants, one signature or the verbal authorization of one of the designated signatories is required for all transactions and on the Raymond James Investment account #86535092 the following are the designated signatories for this account, one signature is required:
