RESOLUTION 08-120

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROVING THE ERA AVIATION, HOMER AIRPORT AIR CARRIER/TICKET COUNTER SUBLEASE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN.

             WHEREAS, Era Aviation has leased space at the Homer Airport Terminal since December 29, 1993; and

WHEREAS, Era Aviation’s current lease will terminate on December 31, 2008; and

WHEREAS, Era Aviation has requested a new lease with the City of Homer at the Homer Airport Terminal for the period of December 31, 2008 until December 31, 2013. 

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, hereby approves the Era Aviation Air Carrier/Ticket Counter lease for the Homer Airport Terminal and authorizes the City Manager to sign.

             PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Homer City Council this 24th day of November, 2008.
