A RESOLUTION OF THE
WHEREAS, Fees for annual parking permits at the Airport are increased; and
WHEREAS, Fees associated with Planning and Zoning for Zoning Permits and Conditional Use Permits have been amended.
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby amends the City of
AIRPORT TERMINAL FACILITY
Administration -
(The following fees have been set
by legislative enactments, Resolution 04-98(S)(A).

Traffic Impact Analysis and
Community Impact Assessment – when required, applicant will be charged
for the actual cost of the study, plus a 10% administrative fee. The City
will be responsible for hiring and managing the study.

Bridge Creek Watershed

those named during the subdivision process:
