RESOLUTION 09-109

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, MAINTAINING THE 2010 PORT AND HARBOR OF HOMER TERMINAL TARIFF NO. 600 AT THE SAME RATES AS ESTABLISHED IN 2009.

            WHEREAS, These rates correspond with CY10 Budget Ordinance and shall be effective January 1, 2010; and

            WHEREAS, These rates are consistent with the rates established in 2009.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Homer City Council hereby maintains the 2010 Port and Harbor of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 at the same rates as 2009 as listed in Exhibit A.
