RESOLUTION 09-119

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AMENDING THE HOMER ADVISORY PLANNING COMMISSION BYLAWS AND THE POLICY AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.

            WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission has reviewed the Commission Bylaws, and Policies and Procedures Manual; and

            WHEREAS, The Homer Advisory Planning Commission recommended amendment of the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual at their Regular Meeting of November 4, 2009.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, amends the Homer Advisory Planning Commission Bylaws as shown in Attachment A.

            BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council amends the Homer Advisory Planning Commission Policies and Procedures Manual as shown in Attachment B.

            ADOPTED BY THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL, ALASKA, this 23^rd  day of November, 2009.
