A RESOLUTION Of the City Council of Homer, Alaska, awarding the MID-HILL PRESSURE REDUCING VAULT STATION STAIRWAY PROJECT to the firm of

WHEREAS, The Invitation to Bid was advertised in the Homer Tribune on April 29 and May 6, 2009, sent to two in-state plans rooms, and posted on the Clerk’s website; and

            WHEREAS, Sealed bids were due in the Office of the City Clerk by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2009; and

            WHEREAS, __________sealed bids were received and __________________________ submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid for the Mid-Hill Pressure Reducing Vault Station Stairway; and

            WHEREAS, This award is not final until written notification is received by __________, from the City of Homer.

            NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, awards the contract for the Mid-Hill Pressure Reducing Vault Station Stairway Project to the firm of __________________________ of ______________, _______________ in the amount of $________ and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
