A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING A BUDGET AMENDMENT IN THE FINANCE AND CIP 1999 BUDGETS FOR THE CITY'S (WAN) WIDE AREA NETWORK.

WHEREAS, the funds were budgeted in the Finance Department for the debt services on the City's WAN and the debt was paid in full in FY99 with a balance remaining in the account; and

WHEREAS, the City's DP Committee is reviewing options for the City's WAN, and will bring a proposal forward in FY2000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council the following:

Section 1. Authorize the following budget transfer.

Finance

From: 100.5607.120 $39,000

CIP WAN Project

To: 252.5902.702 $39,000

Section 2. Immediate Effect. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
