A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMER, ALASKA ACCEPTING THE 1998 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE MANAGEMENT LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE CITY'S INDEPENDENT AUDITOR, MIKUNDA, COTTRELL, & CO.

WHEREAS, Mikunda, Cottrell, & Co. conducted the annual audit and the 1998 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, the audit with financial statements and management letter was delivered for review and distributed to the Mayor and City Council; and

WHEREAS, Mikunda, Cottrell, & Co. made a public presentation during the Regular Meeting on July 26, 1999.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT resolved by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, that the 1998 Comprehensive Annual Financial Statement is accepted and the management letter is acknowledged as submitted by Mikunda, Cottrell, Co. the City's independent auditor.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska this 26^th day of July, 1999.
