A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING THE HOMER ADVISORY PLANNING COMMISSION BYLAWS SECTION C. REGULAR MEETINGS.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave notice on August 18th during a regular meeting of their intention to amend their Bylaws by changing the regular meeting time from 7:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and

WHEREAS, the Commission took action via Staff Report PL 99-43 during the regular meeting of September 15, 1999 to change the regular meeting time from 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to begin immediately with a unanimous vote.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska, hereby amends the Homer Advisory Planning Commission Bylaws Section C. Regular Meetings, to read as follows:

C. Regular Meetings:

1. First and Third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 7:00 p.m.;

2. Agenda deadline is the Monday of the week preceding the meeting date at 5:00 p.m. Agenda items requiring public hearing must be received by the third Friday preceding the Planning Commission meeting.

3. Adding items or removing items from the agendas will be by majority consensus of the Commission.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Homer, Alaska, by a duly constituted quorum, on this 27th day of September, 1999.
