RESOLUTION 99-82(A)

A RESOLUTION OF THE HOMER CITY COUNCIL ENDORSING THE FY2001 MUNICIPAL CAPITAL PROJECT MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM AND RANKING LOCAL PROJECTS.

WHEREAS, a municipality is required under AS 37.06 to submit a prioritized list of capital projects if funding is requested by the municipality under the Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant Program; and,

WHEREAS, a municipality is required under AS 37.06 to provide a local matching share for capital projects funded through the Municipal Capital Project Matching Grant Program;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Homer City Council of Homer, Alaska, by this resolution, hereby endorses and requests grant funding under AS 37.06 for the capital project identified below and on the attached Form "A" for FY2001; and agrees to provide the local share for the project as required under AS 37.06.
