A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA GRANTING THE RENEWAL OF THE JANITORIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT OPTION TO REYNOLDS ENTERPRISES OF HOMER, ALASKA THROUGH CY 2000 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Terms of the Agreement provide for renewals of not more than two years for a total contract term of three years; and

WHEREAS, the initial agreement was awarded October 27, 1997 via Resolution 97-94, first renewal as granted on September 28, 1998 via Resolution 98-78; and

WHEREAS, this second and final renewal option is not final until written notification is received by Reynolds Enterprises from the City of Homer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Homer, Alaska grants the renewal of the Janitorial Services Agreement option to Reynolds Enterprises of Homer, Alaska through CY 2000 and authorizes the City Manager to execute the appropriate documents.
