Community Survey on Accessibility of City Parks, Play Areas, Beaches, Recreational Activities and Website
This survey was developed by the ADA Advisory Board with the assistance of the City of Homer ADA Coordinator using templates employed by various municipal and federal agencies throughout the Northwest United States to gather input from the visitors and residents who frequent the locations within the boundaries of their cities. Our intent for the use of the information obtained is to improve on the accessibility of Homer, not only for residents but for visitors as well. City Council adopted Resolution 17-075(A) committing to becoming a City that is universally accessible to all and this is one method of achieving that goal.
