City Property Lease Management

The City of Homer maintains a list of all City-owned properties authorized for lease by the Council, known as the Land Allocation Plan. This list is updated annually and identifies City-owned property that's available for lease. The City implements its lease program in a fair and non-discriminatory manner, and leases its properties when:

• It is in the overall best interest to do so
• To maximize the value of its assets
• For the highest and best use, or specific purpose
