Google Designates Homer as Alaska's eCity for Two Consecutive Years

The City of Homer is proud to have been named Google's 2013 and 2014 eCity for the State of Alaska. According to the Google press release, "The eCity Awards recognize the strongest online business communities in all fifty states. The businesses in these communities are embracing the web to find new customers, connect with existing clients and fuel their local economies. Homer joins the ranks of America’s leading cities in the digital economy."

In 2015, Anchorage earned the eCity designation for the State of Alaska.
