An all clear has been issued for all coastal communities on the Kenai Peninsula
An all clear has been issued for all coastal communities on the Kenai Peninsula. The National Tsunami Warning Center had previously issued a Tsunami Warning in response to a 7.3 magnitude earthquake that occurred 55 miles SW of Sand Point at 10:48 pm July 15.
There is no need to evacuate.
