Public notice is hereby given that the City of Homer will hold a public hearing by the Homer Advisory Planning Commission on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at Homer City Hall, 491 East Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska on the following matters:

A Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for more than one building containing a permitted principle use on a lot at 182 E. Pioneer Avenue, T 6S R 13W SEC 20 Seward Meridian HM 0540251A NILS O SVEDLUND SUB AMD THAT PTN OF LOT 6 TRACT A BEGINNING 25 FT FROM SW CORNER OF LT 6 TH N 75 FT; TH W 25 FT; TH N 133 FT; TH E 65 FT; TH S 208 FT; TH W TO POB.

Anyone wishing to present testimony concerning these matters may do so at the meeting or by submitting a written statement to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission, 491 East Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska 99603, by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
